Our 4-hour tour will take you through the heart of the enchanting city of Naples, one of Europe's great capitals of art and culture. Naples is filled with grand palaces and monuments that reflect its rich inheritance and is also blessed with a panoramic Mediterranean gulf and majestic Mt. Vesuvius high above the city walls.

In Naples you will be able to visit the National Archaeology Museum, whose rooms and shelves are stocked with important finds from the ancient towns of Pompeii and Ercolano. Our tour will lead you through the Naples' cathedral, where a famous relic of St. Gennaro miraculously turns to blood each year, reassuring the city of its continued heavenly protection.

We will then move on to Naples' downtown district of "Spaccanapoli" before reaching St. Martin's Certosa, which houses some of the best Neapolitan 16th Century artwork.
Here you may climb its famous breathtaking belvedere, where you will enjoy the spectacular view of the gulf coast below. On a clear day you can see the island of Capri in the distant horizon.

No trip to Naples is complete without a visit to the Royal Palace – the ancient castle of the Borbon family and now a museum housing Italian works by painters such as Botticelli, Tiziano and Perugino.

Continuing your tour down the Amalfi Coast:
Time permitting, we can also organize another 4-hour's worth of scenic driving along the Amalfi Coast south of the city.

This short trip will allow you visit of the ruins of Ercolano, the ancient sea resort town of wealthy Romans. The town was buried and preserved under the ash and mud of Mt. Vesuvius's eruption in 79 AD.

It was here that Julius Cesar had a vacation home and is the place that Cicero considered the most vibrant city in southern Italy.

You will be impressed by Ercolano's well-preserved patrician homes, shops, public squares, bronze and marble artwork, furnishings and frescos.

You will enjoy a veritable trip back in time!
