This started with you and your up front customer service.You had a same day turnaround to our many questions and helped us consider many options. The day that we used your service was the most difficult to plan, as we were going from Rome to the Pescara area to visit relatives and required detailed planning. Also, our relatives do not speak english and we needed a driver who could serve as an interpretor. Our driver was superb! I think that he will be invited back to our relatives without us! He made us all comfortable and shared much information about the sites and history of the regions we pasted on our trip. Andrea, We just returned from holidays in Cancun Mexico. We met several friends there and recommended you for their travels when in Rome. We cannot recommend our driver enough. He took extra good care of us and having him available was the best part of our trip. Each time he said he would meet us he was there waiting for us. I had searched the internet for limousine services and while there are many to choose from yours was the only one that came back with a professional and informative response to my inquiries. While the prices were not the lowest advertised on the internet they were not the highest either and were comparable to other reputable services. I was very pleased with the billing system and the fact that you were able to bill services for leisure and business to two separate credit cards. There were no hidden costs and the quoted prices didn’t change. You were also very accommodating when we called to make changes to our scheduled transfer times and locations! The drivers were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to assist us at the airport in Rome. I would not think of using any other limousine service for future travel needs and I would definitely recommend Colosseum Limousine service to family, friends, and colleagues! I already have! All of the services provided by Colosseum travel were fantastic. I\'m so glad we had the car service from Verona to Venice, it was so foggy but the driver did a great job getting us there on time and safely. We were very pleased, especially with the driver from Florence to Assissi to Rome. He was very informative, and showed us some interesting sights and gorgeous views along roads off the major highways. I found the prices compared well with other services prices when I was looking at various websites to plan the trip. The driver the second day (Florence to Rome) was excellent. The driver the first day (Venice to Ravenna to Florence) was very pleasant, but we got somewhat lost looking for the basilica in Classe outside Ravenna -- perhaps his GPS system was not functioning well. Anyway I would use the service again and recommend it to others.

It was everything I expected and then some. As you know I took my mother on this trip and she was overwhelmed by the service and attention provided by Colosseum Travel and every employee we came in contact with during our trip. I must say it is a little unnerving placing this type of order over the Internet, but I received everything I expected and then some. The driver were wonderful and they made us feel very comfortable. Everything ran like clockwork, always early never late. The guide we had at the Vatican was unbelievably knowledgeable and he spoke perfect English. His services and his English were excellent!!! As for our guide to the Vatican, he was O.K.. He seemed to be in a hurry to get through. He mostly only spoke to the person standing next to him (me or my husband) as the 3 kids lagged behind and he really did not want to stand in line to see the Pope\'s grave, but we sort of talked him into it.He thought it was going to be a long wait, but it really was not.
